The challenge?

The York 10k takes you right around the gorgeous and historic City of York! You'll see York Minster, the city walls, and all the people cheering you along the side-line! Taking part in the event is an opportunity to set yourself a personal challenge and also helps to raise all-important funds for York Mind!

1What's the difference between a charity place and an own place?

York Mind currently offer a limited number of charity spaces to participate in the York 10k. As part of your charity place, we ask that you work to achieve a fundraising target of £100. If you would like to enquire about signing up for a space, please get in touch via fundraising@yorkmind.org.uk

If you have purchased a space in the 10k directly through Run for All, you can still use your space to raise money for us, but you will not be given a fundraising target.

2How much do I need to raise?

In order to cover various costs associated with the event, we encourage a minimum fundraising target of £100 to be raised by 29/08/2024. If you have been allocated a charity place, this is part of our terms and conditions. But don't worry, our team are here from the moment you sign up to the very end to ensure that you can meet and exceed this target!

3Can I volunteer at the event?

4I signed up, but I haven't heard anything back from you!
