Senior Advocacy Coordinator

30 hours per week, 9am – 5pm four days a week to include Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays

£24,000 pro rata per annum

York Mind has been delivering an advocacy service in York since 1997, and has built on this success with a new Advocacy Hub service from April 2017, delivered in conjunction with Cloverleaf Advocacy. The Hub delivers 5 specialist advocacy services and is commissioned by City of York Council;

  • IMCA
  • IMHA

We are looking for a motivated and highly organised person to join our Advocacy Hub team. Working predominantly from our Devonshire Court office, the post holder will support to our team to deliver advocacy services, and hold a personal caseload of Generic, NHS Complaints and Care Act advocacy clients.

Excellent communication, organisational, time and staff management are key requirements to make this job a success.
