8 Ways to Wellbeing
This Webinar is the second in the series of our FREE workplace wellbeing webinar series, and is hosted by York Mind Training Manager Mark Willis, and Zoe Billings PhD. The webinar will look at the 8 key changes you can make to your lifestyle to promote mental wellbeing, with the science behind the why.
Mark Willis is a qualified PGCE adult educator and trainer with a wealth of experience in teaching courses on Stress Reduction, Suicide Prevention, Mental Health First Aid, Mental Health Awareness and Mindfulness. During the last eight years Mark has worked for York Mind delivering mental health training to corporates, local government, charity and statutory services and he is currently the charity’s Training Manager. He still delivers training and talks, continuing to spread the message of mental well-being for all through innovative, engaging and thought-provoking sessions.
|Zoe is a rare blend of being both a respected academic and a practical operational achiever. Zoe uses her background as a biologist to challenge thinking on how we perform and how we need to adapt, and balances this with her wealth of experience in the workplace as a senior investigator managing road traffic fatalities.
