About the service

Counselling is a safe, confidential space where you can talk with a trained professional about whatever is on your mind. Your counsellor will listen without judgement and help you explore your feelings, thoughts, behaviours and experiences, so you can begin to make sense of what’s going on for you.

We can offer you 6 free sessions, each one lasting around 50 minutesThese are usually held weekly either in-person at our premises at Highcliffe House in Clifton (YO30 6BP) or online.
