About our services
If you are a young person struggling with your emotions or mental health, such as feeling low, stressed or worried, getting support can really make a difference.
Our services can help you better understand what you are experiencing, and help you learn ways of supporting and improving your mental wellbeing.
We offer a range of different support
- Young People's Counselling
1 to 1 counselling for people aged 12-21
- YorChoice Young People's Drop-In
Drop in service for people aged 14-21 (up to 25 for SEND) - Pride in Mind Young People's LGBTQ+ Support
Mental health group support for people aged 12-18 who identify as LGBTQ+ - Expressive Mind's Young People's Group Support
Art based mental health group support for people aged 11-18. - YorMind Website and ChatChit Podcast
Website with information about mental health for young people, and links to over 50 different supportive organisations in York.
