Are You Ready to Conquer the Yorkshire 3 Peaks for Mental Health?
Take on the ultimate hiking challenge and make a real difference
Join us for the Yorkshire 3 Peaks Challenge in support of York Mind, your local mental health charity. This is more than just a walk - it's a test of endurance and determination.
The Challenge
Tackle the iconic trio of Pen-y-Ghent, Whernside, and Ingleborough - a gruelling 24-mile route with over 5,000 feet of ascent, all to be completed in under 12 hours. It’s a serious physical and mental challenge, but one that brings immense reward.
You'll be guided all the way by qualified mountain leaders who will ensure your safety and take the stress out of navigation, leaving you to enjoy the challenge and the beautiful views.
Whether you're a seasoned trekker or pushing your limits for the first time, this is your chance to stand up for mental health and show what you're made of.
Why It Matters
Every step you take helps York Mind continue its vital work. Mental health challenges affect 1 in 4 people, and demand for support is growing. Your fundraising will directly support:
