The Inflatable 5k Obstacle Course is coming to York on Saturday 26th September 2026 and it's going to be Epic!
Join Team York Mind and help us raise crucial funds to support mental health services in our community.
The obstacles are BIGGER, BOUNCIER and BETTER than ever before! You'll be jumping, sliding and laughing all the way to the finish line. Grab your friends, family or tackle it on your own. Lace up your trainers and get ready for the ultimate day out!
You will tackle 30 gigantic obstacles on the 5K distance. Combined with five pumping music zones to motivate you around the course, this year's Inflatable 5K is the most awesome yet!
The course is 2.5k long and each lap will be a repeat of the obstacles.
