The Arla Protein York 10K offers runners the unique opportunity to race through the heart of this wonderful city.
The route starts and finishes in Knavesmire Road, close to York Racecourse. It then takes in some of the city’s most historic landmarks, including the ancient city walls, Clifford’s Tower and York Minster.
The atmosphere will be electric from start to finish.
For runners chasing that elusive PB, the flat and fast course is perfect!

We are a local mental health charity, providing life-changing support for adults, children and young people across York and surrounding areas. We believe that everyone should have access to mental health support regardless of who they are.
From counselling and coaching to drop-in groups and peer support, we help people find hope, confidence and connection when they need it most.
Every pound you raise stays right here in York, helping someone in our community take a vital step towards better mental health.
With your support, we can make sure no one in the York area has to face their struggles alone.

York Mind purchase a limited number of spaces to participate in the York 10K which we offer at at a reduced price. As part of your charity place, we ask that you aim to achieve a fundraising target of £100.
If you have purchased a space in the Yorkshire Marathon directly through Run for All, you can still use your space to raise money for us, but you choose your own fundraising target.
The minimum fundraising target for a charity place is £100. This must be raised by 11/10/2026. But don't worry, our team are here to help you from the moment you sign up to the very end! Please get in touch if you think you will have difficulty achieving this - we may be able to help.

York Mind is an independent charity that provides life-changing counselling services for people in York who are struggling with their mental health - the service is delivered by trained professionals and supported by the generosity of our community.
Every pound you raise will stay in York and help keep our services running, it also ensures that cost is never a barrier for those in need.
Through York Mind, your fundraising can give someone access to counselling and support that helps them feel less alone, more confident and ready to rebuild their life.
