- Tickets are non-refundable

- Participants under the age of 16 must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian.

- Participants must have paid the entry fee and signed a medical disclaimer.

- In the event of unsafe weather conditions such as high winds or ice, the event may be cancelled

- I understand that York Mind may take photographs or film me taking part in the event and permit them to use my images for event and future promotional purposes. If you wish to withdraw photograph consent please contact us prior to the event

- I understand that I am entering into the event of my own choosing and no liability will be placed on the organisers for any injury sustained or any property damaged or lost whilst participating in the event. All participants, volunteers and spectators enter and attend the event entirely at their own risk.

- I confirm that I have no medical conditions which would endanger myself or others taking part.

- We reserve the right to refuse entry to the event or ask you to withdraw if we have concerns about your ability due to fitness, injury or otherwise.  

- I confirm that I will agree to and follow any instructions or guidance given by the event organisers on the day.

- By signing up for Mental Elf 2025, you are accepting the terms and conditions for yourself and on behalf of everyone in your party

Sponsorship Money and Donations 

Any monies raised in connection with the event must be passed to York Mind as soon as possible after the event. You can: pay in your sponsorship money online via your Just Giving page; or send cheques made payable to " York Mind" to: York Mind, Highcliffe House, Highcliffe Court, York, YO30 6BP. Stating your name on the reverse.
