R.E.D January for York Mind – Registration now open!

We’re proud to be working with Run Every Day (R.E.D) January 2018.

Whether you decide to run or walk your way through January, there are no rules. The aim is to get active every day.

Physical activity can be very beneficial for our mental wellbeing as well as our physical wellbeing, and if you have a mental health problem the health benefits of getting physically active are even more significant.

Joining R.E.D January is a great opportunity to boost your mental and physical health, while also raising vital funds to help make sure everyone with a mental health problem gets the support and respect they deserve.
