York Mind Activities Team are keen to fill places on some of our upcoming activities.

Mental Health Awareness starting Monday 15th January 2018 for 8 weeks 10.30am-12 noon at York Mind.

Hatha Yoga for Wellbeing, a 10 week course running on a Tuesday afternoon 4.15pm-5.30pm at York Mind.

In addition;

As part of our involvement in the Mental Health and Wellbeing Activities Programme, York Mind are delivering some fantastic activities and groups up until July 2018. Each activity/group will run twice with staggered start times.

Sunday Coffee Club-open access cafe with themed events

Wellbeing Peer Support Group
