Managing feelings about lockdown easing

Today marks the next stage of the gradual easing of lockdown measures in the UK.

Whilst we at York Mind are not making any changes to the way we deliver services for the time being, we acknowledge that our community may have mixed feelings towards this next step.
You might be feeling positive about the changes, you may be unsure about heading back out there, or perhaps you're somewhere between the two.
If you’re finding things difficult right now, Mind have created some tips on how to manage feelings about lockdown easing, which you can read here: https://www.mind.org.uk/information-support/coronavirus/managing-feelings-about-lockdown-easing/

We hope that whatever lies ahead, you can find some comfort and self-compassion, as we move forward together ?
