Physical activity is an integral part of maintaining a healthy mindset day to day. They are inviting anyone who wishes to support this challenge to join them in completing 5,691 miles over one month. 23rd May – 23rd June 2021 and raise vital funds for both York Mind and SASH - Youth Homelessness Prevention.

Jo Stevens from SASH said "We are so grateful to the Charlie Dallas Lancaster Foundation for choosing SASH and York Mind as their nominated charities to receive the funds from this event. Charlie was an active supporter of SASH, taking part in our annual sleepout on a number of occasions. He will be fondly remembered for his enthusiasm and dedication to the charity, and is greatly missed"
