Changes to our services during the COVID-19 outbreak

In direct response to the COVID-19 outbreak we are now offering a combination of group-based and one to one support to both adults and young people, all of which are delivered remotely. These include Telephone counselling for adults, young people  and carers; Text ‘drop-in’ service for Young People; One to one emotional wellbeing support (online / telephone);Online Mindfulness, Managing Stress + Anxiety & Resilience courses and; One to one coaching (online / telephone). We are also accepting referrals for the Action Towards Inclusion employment project and; providing an increased Advocacy service for those affected by COVID-19.
