NEW: Mindfulness Course for Jan 2018

York Mind has been successfully delivering Mindfulness Courses for the past few years. We are delighted to be able to offer further free courses in 2018.

Mindfulness is a technique which involves paying more attention to ourselves in the present moment, our thoughts, feelings and surroundings. Research has shown that practicing Mindfulness can have positive benefits and being Mindful can help people to feel calmer, manage stress better, reduce anxiety, help prevent depression and develop new ways of responding to difficult feelings and events.

Dates: 9th January-6th March 2018

Time: Tuesdays 2pm-4pm
