Action Towards Inclusion Project Lead

18.75 Hours per week
£24,500 Pro rata

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a project that offers intensive, tailored support to individuals who are the furthest away from accessing opportunities in learning, volunteering or paid employment.

The project, known as Action Towards Inclusion is jointly funded by European Social Fund (ESF) and the Big Lottery and is managed by Your Consortium.

What is required by the role:

Alongside the other Project Lead, the post holder will be responsible for initial assessments, and 1-2-1 support as well as coordinating specialist interventions from both York Mind and other organisations also working on this project.

What we are looking for:

The successful applicant will have significant experience of working directly with service users who have a complexity of issues. The applicant will also have the ability and skills to manage and coordinate the wider project, including all monitoring, evaluation and administration and work with other partners
