Mental health first aid

Mental Health First Aid is an internationally recognised, certificated, 2-day course that teaches participants the skills required to feel confident in helping someone experiencing mental health distress. Participants will also learn how to boost their own and others' mental resilience and well-being.

ASIST suicide prevention training

ASIST is a two-day, certificated workshop in suicide first-aid. ASIST teaches participants to recognise when someone may be at risk of suicide and work with them to secure their immediate safety.

SafeTALK - suicide prevention

safeTALK is an internationally recognised half-day course which helps participants become alert to suicide. Suicide-alert people are better prepared to connect those with thoughts of suicide to appropriate help. The course is certificated.

Mental Health in the Workplace (Staff Version)

This course is designed to increase employee understanding of mental health issues so staff can identify difficulties in themselves or others early, while also building reslience.

This is a course aimed at line managers with a view to gaining practical insight into how to manage and support the mental well-being of their team and also how to manage mental ill health and absence.
