R.E.D January stands for Run Every Day January. Whether you decide to run or walk, there are no rules. The aim is to get active every day, while raising vital funds for York Mind.

York Mind are proud to have teamed up with R.E.D January this year to offer people in York a fantastic way to start the New Year.

R.E.D January stands for ‘Run Every Day’ in January – but this challenge is about personal achievement. Whether you choose to run, cycle, walk, skip, yoga or dance your way through the month, you set the guidelines.

Your choice, your challenge.

“Not only is R.E.D January a brilliant way to kick-start the New Year, but in taking part you are helping to raise awareness and open up the conversation about mental health”.

Every penny you raise will help to fund York Mind’s vital work in the local area, such as our face to face Counselling service. It costs us £26 to deliver 1 hour of one-to-one counselling to someone in York who really needs to talk.
Every amount you raise will truly make a huge difference to someone’s life.
